Our mission as student leaders at USC is to provide cadets the necessary skills and leadership training to become officers in the United States Army, Army Reserve or Army National Guard, to develop the future officer leadership of the U.S. Army, and to motivate young people to become better citizens.

Serving your country as an Army Officer is an honor and a privilege. Don’t let paying for college get in the way.

USC Army ROTC has 2, 3, and 4-year full tuition scholarships available for qualified students. Each scholarship also includes a $1,200/year book allowance and a monthly stipend (allowance) of $420.

Don’t need to pay tuition? A scholarship can be used for Room and Board instead - up to $10,000/year!

Navy/Marine ROTC Scholarships

The purpose of the Naval ROTC Program is to educate and train qualified young men and women for service as commissioned officers in the Navy's unrestricted line, the Navy Nurse Corps and the Marine Corps. As the largest single source of Navy and Marine Corps officers, the Naval ROTC Scholarship Program plays an important role in preparing mature young men and women for leadership and management positions in an increasingly technical Navy and Marine Corps.

Selected applicants for the Naval ROTC Scholarship Program are awarded scholarships through a highly competitive national selection process, and receive full tuition, books stipend, educational fees, and other financial benefits at many of the country's leading colleges and universities. Upon graduation, midshipmen are commissioned as officers in the unrestricted line Naval Reserve or Marine Corps Reserve.
