"VSP is an asset to having connections be made earlier on before arriving into the campus for class work and courses. The opportunity to have the campus not be as crowded is an advantage that gives a greater sense of clarity to the areas and buildings. Also, faculty and staff members gave full effort in the ways that the energy and educational aspects of USC were presented." -Summer 24 Participant
"If I had the opportunity to be able to do the veteran success program every semester, I would. You not only learn about the different resources available to you as a student, but also get to learn about the writing program from actual professors that teach the course! Come in with an open mind, and Fight on ✌️!" -Summer 24 Participant
"This program was extremely informative and really opens the community up prior to school starting. It builds a more comfortable feeling for the new beginning with programs, resources and community. Really already builds a network to ensure you do not feel alone when you begin and a familiarity with other students to take this challenge on! Fight on!" -Summer 24 Participant
"The VSP was a fantastic way to begin my new chapter at USC! Being introduced to a supportive community of fellow veterans and faculty made me feel like I belong here. The resources provided were exceptional and made my transition to USC far less daunting, and I am excited to help future Trojans experience the same welcoming environment during their transition to USC." -Summer 24 Participant
